As a former collegiate track-and-field athlete and All-American sprinter, Keith learned early that performance isn’t powered by talent alone—it’s fueled by what you put on the plate. Across years of training and competition, he came to see nutrition not as an add-on, but as a decisive lever for sustained energy, sharper recovery, and higher-level output.

That perspective has since sharpened into a guiding belief: health doesn’t have to be guesswork. Keith advocates for a more intentional approach to well-being—one built on strategy, consistency, and measurable results.

Central to his work is nutrigenomics, a fast-emerging and increasingly influential field exploring how specific nutrients and dietary patterns can affect gene expression—and, in turn, shape disease susceptibility and long-term nutritional outcomes. For Keith, the message is straightforward: developing a healthier body isn’t a mystery, and no one should have to navigate it alone. He’s committed to supporting clients with practical guidance and a personalized plan—helping them optimize their health and build momentum toward lasting change.
